Unique Quality
  • At least one unique element such as:
    • Unique product i.e. Breed
    • Geographic identification i.e. Northern Ontario
    • Brand
    • Marketing channels i.e. Route to market (retail store, local market etc.)
    • Business approaches
Customer Relationship
  • Close personal relationships driving repeat sales and premiumization
  • Quota purchase arrangements defined
  • Fully compliant with the On-Farm Food Safety Assurance Program (OFFSAP) and the Animal Care Program (ACP)
  • Digitally enabled
